Evening Traffic Accident on North Sunland Boulevard in Shadow Hills Area Sends 2 People to Hospital

 
SHADOW HILLS, CA (March 19, 2022) – Two people were injured in a traffic accident on North Sunland Boulevard in the Shadow Hills area of Los Angeles on Sunday evening.
 
The accident happened around 9:42 p.m. on March 13. According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, two vehicles collided for unknown reasons. When officers arrived, they found two people trapped, one inside each vehicle.
 
Firefighters used hydraulic tools to free the patients. Paramedics then transported them to a hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
 
It is unclear if drugs or alcohol played a factor in the crash. Further investigation is underway.
