PALM DESERT, CA (December 22, 2022) – Two people were injured in a car accident on Portola Avenue in Palm Desert early Sunday morning on December 18.
 
The accident happened just after midnight at Mesa View Drive, near the Ironwood Country Club. According to CalFire, a car had crashed in the area in unclear circumstances.
 
When firefighters arrived, they located the car on its side against a gate. They also found two patients.
 
Paramedics transported both patients to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
