LA PUENTE, CA (February 6, 2023) — Trevor Welch died in a pedestrian accident on the 10 Freeway near Francisquito Avenue.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal pedestrian accident happened before 4:28 a.m. Saturday. Authorities responded to the eastbound side of the San Bernardino 10 Freeway to find 25-year-old Trevor Welch on the road. It appears he was hit by an oncoming vehicle under unclear circumstances.
 
Welch, described by authorities as a homeless man, suffered fatal injuries in the crash. Authorities did not release the details of the accident, but an investigation into it should confirm more information.
