Delays Reported, Multi-Car Crash on 15 Freeway in Fontana

 
FONTANA, CA (August 22, 2023) — Traffic was reported following Friday’s multi-car accident on the 15 Freeway near Duncan Canyon Road.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the four-car crash happened around 5:23 a.m. For unknown reasons, a white Subaru and a white semi-truck collided. Upon impact, the truck reportedly crashed into the center divider and landed on top of the guardrail as it blocked both southbound and northbound fast lanes.
 
Meanwhile, the Subaru driver was pinned next to the white semi-truck before a blue semi-truck became involved. In addition to the trio of cars, a driver of a Toyota Tundra pickup truck lost control and crashed, as well.
 
Authorities did not report any injuries in the accident but issued a SigAlert for two hours. If anyone has seen this crash and can help traffic investigators, please call the California Highway Patrol Inland office.
