Rollover Car Accident on 14 Freeway in Lancaster, 3 People Injured Including Baby

 
LANCASTER, CA (September 7, 2022) – Three people, including a baby, were injured in a rollover accident on 14 Freeway in Lancaster early Monday, September 5.
 
The accident happened around 12:12 a.m. just north of Avenue K-8. According to the California Highway Patrol, a car was traveling northbound when it went off the freeway for unknown reasons. It then overturned and came to rest in an auto mall.
 
Two of the car’s occupants, including the baby, were ejected during the crash.
 
The male driver was hospitalized with major injuries. Another male suffered a hip fracture and the baby had minor injuries, the CHP said.
 
The exact cause of the crash is still under investigation.
