Teresa Supica Killed After Striking Deer on Canada Drive near Rotunda Drive

 
CARMEL-BY-THE-SEA, CA (October 2, 2023)Teresa Supica died after her car hit a deer on Canada Drive near Rotonda Drive Thursday afternoon.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal accident happened in the 25700 block of Canada Drive. Under unclear circumstances, 62-year-old Supica struck a deer. Subsequently, her silver Buick Enclave lost control and veered off the roadway.
 
Due to the accident, the Carmel Valley woman passed away in the accident. The Monterey County Sheriff’s Office recently identified her.
 
Reports did not say what led to the crash or if impairment, speed or distracted driving played a part. However, if anyone has more information, please call the CHP.
