STOCKTON, CA (November 30, 2022) – A student was struck by a car near Lincoln High School, Tuesday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened on November 29. For reasons still under investigation, a vehicle hit the student near Lincoln High School and Sierra Middle School.
 
As per reports, the student suffered minor injuries. However, it is unknown if the victim needed hospitalization.
 
Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
 
CHP continues to investigate the cause of the accident. Officers will release additional information once it becomes available.
