Stormie Worcester Dead, Chyanne Pilgreen Detained in Boulder Creek DUI Crash

 
BOULDER CREEK, CA (March 9, 2021) — Stormie Worcester died in a DUI accident on Highway 9 near Sequoia Road Thursday night.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal crash happened around 10:30 p.m. While heading northbound on Highway 9, a 2004 Nissan Xterra veered off the road and overturned.
 
At some point during the accident, 24-year-old Worcester was ejected from the vehicle and sustained serious injuries. Shortly after, paramedics responded and transported her to Dominican Hospital, where she died not long after.
 
As for the driver, Chyanne Pilgreen, nurses at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center treated the Ben Lomond woman for minor injuries. However, police arrested the 21-year-old on suspicion of DUI.
 
According to investigations, Worcester, of Santa Cruz, was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. However, detectives plan to investigate this accident further. If anyone has more information, please contact the CHP.
