OAKLAND, CA (October 5, 2022) – Several people were injured in a collision at a sideshow on Bancroft Avenue in Oakland on Saturday evening.
 
Just after 8:00 p.m. on October 1, OPD officers were called to the 6600 block of Bancroft Avenue due to reports of a multiple-vehicle collision with injuries. When they arrived, they found the individuals involved in the crash.
 
Police said the collision was due to several vehicles in the area participating in sideshow activity. After the sideshow dispersed, paramedics provided treatment to the injured parties.
