Rollover Accident on Vasco Road in Byron Leaves Several People Hurt

 
BYRON, CA (January 9, 2024) – Several people were hospitalized in a rollover accident on Vasco Road in Byron late Sunday afternoon on January 7.
 
The accident happened just after 5:00 p.m. near Walnut Boulevard. According to the California Highway Patrol, the driver of a truck tried to pass another car in an area that has a double solid yellow line. The driver then hit a white car and lost control, rolling the truck over.
 
CHP officials said there were four children and at least two adults in the car. A woman and child were ejected during the crash.
 
Responding paramedics took several people to a hospital in unknown conditions.
