Samuel Garcia Hospitalized in Deadly 3-Car Crash on 10 Freeway near Arrowhead Boulevard

 
BLYTHE, CA (July 23, 2021) — Samuel Garcia suffered injuries in a fatal three-car accident on the 10 Freeway near Arrowhead Boulevard.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal multi-car accident happened around 2:14 a.m. For unknown reasons, a 41-year-old man drifted off the road and struck an Arizona man, handling a mechanical issue while standing outside of a truck. Tragically, the victim died at the scene.
 
Subsequently, the tractor-trailer overturned and injured 60-year-old Garcia, of Whittier, the driver of the big rig. According to reports, he suffered a head injury and required hospital care. Additionally, a woman in one of the vehicles also complained of pain.
 
At this time, authorities have much to investigate. However, if anyone has more information, please contact the CHP.
