Rollover Accident on La Mesa Road in Victorville Injures 2 Including Pregnant Woman

 
VICTORVILLE, CA (March 8, 2022) – A pregnant woman and a man suffered injuries in a rollover accident on Monday morning.
 
The accident happened around 9:17 a.m. on March 7 at Del Gado Road. According to the Victorville Fire Department, a dark-colored Honda Pilot lost control and overturned multiple times before coming to a stop along the sidewalk near a fire hydrant.
 
Several bystanders stopped to help the victims inside. Paramedics arrived soon after and found two patients trapped in the SUV. As a result, fire crews worked to stabilize the vehicle and immediately began extrication efforts.
 
A Mercy Air helicopter landed on the field of nearby Liberty Elementary School and subsequently airlifted the pregnant woman to a trauma center with critical injuries.
 
Meanwhile, a male patient had minor injuries.
 
Police are still investigating the exact cause of the crash.
