Person Dies in Yorba Linda Multi-Vehicle Crash on 91 Freeway

 
YORBA LINDA, CA (April 5, 2021) — One person died in a multi-car crash on the 91 Freeway near Gypsum Canyon Road Sunday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal crash happened around 2:25 a.m. Under unclear circumstances, a Tesla and several cars crashed on the eastbound side of the freeway.
 
Per witnesses’ testimonies, a man wearing a white shirt and blue jeans was running down the right shoulder of the freeway for unknown reasons. However, the pedestrian’s involvement in the crash, as well as the cause, remains unclear.
