Person Dies in Laguna Hills Hit-and-Run Motorcycle Crash on 5 Freeway

 
LAGUNA HILLS, CA (February 14, 2022) — One person died in a hit-and-run motorcycle accident on the 5 Freeway near La Paz Road on Friday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal hit-and-run happened around 7:48 a.m. For unknown reasons, a driver in a white SUV collided with a motorcyclist on the 5 Freeway.
 
Subsequently, the driver left the scene, leaving the motorcyclist with severe injuries.
 
Despite having received life-saving efforts, the motorcyclist succumbed to his injuries.
