LIVE OAK, CA (June 24, 2022) – A pedestrian was injured in a hit-and-run crash at Bobwhite Lane and Thurber Lane in Live Oak on Sunday, June 19.
The crash happened around 12:53 a.m. According to the California Highway Patrol, an older molder black Toyota Hybrid struck the pedestrian at the intersection.
After striking the victim, the driver did not stop to render aid.
First responders transported the pedestrian to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
At this time, the hit-and-run suspect remains at large. CHP officials are still investigating the crash.
