Person Hit, Seriously Hurt by Car in Malibu Creek State Park

CALABASAS, CA (February 4, 2021) – A person was injured in an accident in Malibu Creek State Park, Saturday January 16.
 
According to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, the incident happened at 1925 Las Virgenes Road. Due to unknown reasons, a vehicle struck a person at the park.
 
A sheriff’s helicopter later transported the victim to a local trauma center with serious injuries. Authorities did not release the name and age of the pedestrian.
 
Moreover, investigators did not say whether or not the driver remained at the scene.
 
LASD continues to investigate the cause of the accident.
