SELMA, CA (July 7, 2021) — Pablo Vasquez was arrested in Saturday’s hit-and-run pedestrian accident on Whitson Street near Floral Avenue.
 
According to reports, the hit-and-run pedestrian accident happened Saturday morning. For unknown reasons, a driver struck the 23-year-old pedestrian near the intersection. As a result, the women suffered life-threatening injuries.
 
Following the crash, Selma police received a tip about the involved suspect and arrested 30-year-old Vasquez after finding a Chevy Silverado that matched the one from the accident.
