DUI Crash at Baseline and Cherry Avenues Leaves 1 Seriously Hurt, Suspect Arrested

 
FONTANA, CA (January 10, 2023) – Police arrested He Xiangxin for DUI after a collision in Fontana on January 3.
 
The collision happened around 9:51 p.m. at Baseline Avenue and Cherry Avenue. According to the Fontana Police Department, a 2020 Infiniti and a 2019 BMW collided at the intersection.
 
As a result, one of the drivers suffered serious injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
 
Xiangxin, 22, was the other driver. Police arrested him on suspicion of driving under the influence.
 
An investigation into this crash is ongoing.
