Early Morning Two-Vehicle Accident on 210 Freeway in Rialto Turns Fatal

 
RIALTO, CA (March 7, 2022) – At least one person died in a two-vehicle accident on 210 Freeway in Rialto, early Sunday morning.
 
The fatal accident happened around 3:28 a.m. on March 6 just east of Ayala Drive. According to the California Highway Patrol, a U-Haul truck and a minivan collided for unknown reasons.
 
Firefighter paramedics responded and pronounced at least one person dead at the scene.
 
The name, age and hometown of the victim were not immediately available.
 
CHP officials are still investigating the accident to determine the factors involved and liability.
