Evening Two-Car Accident on 5 Freeway in Anaheim Ends in Fatality

 
ANAHEIM, CA (November 12, 2022) – At least one person was killed in a two-car accident on 5 Freeway in Anaheim Tuesday evening on November 8.
 
The accident happened around 9:10 p.m. at State College Boulevard. According to the California Highway Patrol, a black Mini Cooper and an SUV collided for unknown reasons.
 
When officers arrived, they located both cars blocking the freeway lanes. They also found at least one fatality as a result of the accident.
 
The name, age and hometown of the victim were not immediately available.
 
At this time, the exact cause of the crash and factors involved remain under investigation.
