Fatal Traffic Accident on 215 Freeway in San Bernardino Involves Semi Truck and Sedan

 
SAN BERNARDINO, CA (September 13, 2021) – At least one person was killed in a traffic accident on 215 Freeway in San Bernardino early Saturday morning.
 
The accident happened around 1:42 a.m. on September 11, just south of Devore Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, a semi-truck collided with a silver Nissan Leaf or Toyota Prius for unknown reasons.
 
First responders found at least one fatality as a result of the accident. The identity of the victim was not immediately available pending confirmation and family notification.
 
The crash also caused major damage on the sedan.
 
CHP officials are still looking into the accident to determine the ultimate cause and liability.
