Pedestrian Dies after Struck by Car on Frazier Mountain Park Road

FRAZIER PARK, CA (November 8, 2021) – One person died in a pedestrian accident on Frazier Mountain Park Road in Frazier Park on Friday morning.
 
The accident happened just before 6:00 a.m. on November 5 near Grand Terrace Estates Drive. According to the California Highway Patrol, the pedestrian was walking in the area when a vehicle struck them.
 
The pedestrian suffered fatal injuries from the crash and died at the scene.
 
The Kern County Coroner will release the identity of the victim once family members are notified.
 
It is unknown if the driver has stayed after the crash. An investigation into this fatal accident is ongoing.
