FAIRFIELD, CA (April 4, 2022) — One person died following a big rig crash on Huntington Drive and Stanford Court on Saturday, April 2.
 
According to Fairfield Fire Department personnel, they responded to the scene of the crash at around 2:30 a.m.
 
Firefighters said a vehicle had crashed into the back of a big rig at a high rate of speed. The impact resulted in a fatality.
