SUV and Box Truck Collide on 215 Freeway in Devore Heights Injuring One Person

 
DEVORE HEIGHTS, CA (August 16, 2023) – One person was injured in a two-vehicle accident on 215 Freeway in Devore Heights Sunday afternoon on August 13.
 
The accident happened around 12:30 p.m. at the intersection with 15 Freeway, just before the Kenwood Avenue exit. According to the San Bernardino County Fire Department, a black Kia Sorento SUV and a white box truck collided for unknown reasons.
 
The impact caused major front-end damage on the Kia.
 
A ground ambulance took one person Loma Linda Medical Center with lacerations to the face and head, and also neck injuries.
 
No other information available at this time. The California Highway Patrol Inland Office is handling the investigation.
