Parked Van Overturns into Ditch after Struck by Another Vehicle on 60 Freeway in Beaumont

 
BEAUMONT, CA (November 29, 2022) – One person was injured in a rollover accident on 60 Freeway in Beaumont Saturday evening on November 26.
 
The accident happened around 9:04 p.m. along the eastbound freeway, just between Jack Rabbit Trail and Potrero Boulevard. According to the California Highway Patrol, a vehicle crashed into a Honda Odyssey minivan that was parked on the shoulder of the freeway. The impact caused the van to overturn into a ditch.
 
The Riverside County Fire Department crews responded and found the male driver of the van suffering from a head laceration.
 
Paramedics took the injured patient to a hospital for proper treatment.
 
At this time, the cause of the crash and factors involved remain under investigation.
