DUI Driver Arrested after Multi-Vehicle Crash on 5 Freeway in Lebec

 
LEBEC, CA (September 23, 2021) – Police arrested one person after a multi-vehicle crash on northbound 5 Freeway on September 18.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Quail Lake Road around 5:00 AM.
 
Based on an initial report, the 23-year-old woman from Lancaster caused the early morning crash. However, officers did not release the descriptions of the vehicles as well as the manner of the pile-up.
 
As a result, at least one person sustained injuries in the incident. As of now, the condition of the victim is not yet clear.
 
In the end, officers arrested the female suspect for driving under the influence. They booked her at the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.
 
As of now, an investigation into the case is ongoing.
