Bicyclist Suffers Injuries after Colliding with Van at 7th and E Streets in Eureka

 
EUREKA, CA (June 8, 2022) – One person was injured in a bicycle accident at 7th Street and E Street in Eureka on Saturday night, June 4.
 
The accident happened around 6:00 p.m. According to the California Highway Patrol, a bicyclist and a van collided at the intersection for unknown reasons.
 
As a result, the bicyclist suffered moderate injuries. An ambulance transported him to the hospital for proper treatment.
 
Crews closed the left lane of 7th Street at E Street for a time while they cleared crash site.
