Bus Driver Sustains Injuries after Colliding with Two Vehicles and Yard on West 54th Street in South LA

 
SOUTH LOS ANGELES, CA (March 21, 2023) – One person was hurt in a bus accident on West 54th Street in South Los Angeles Friday morning on March 17.
 
Around 7:35 a.m., a school bus and two other vehicles collided in the 1700 block of West 54th Street. The bus then crashed into the front yard of a house, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
 
About a dozen students were aboard the bus, but none was hurt, the LAFD reported.
 
The school bus driver sustained minor hand injuries.
 
The circumstances of the crash are still under investigation.
