Car Crashes into Building on Willow Street in Long Beach Injuring Driver and 2 Passengers
LONG BEACH, CA (March 21, 2023) – Three people were injured in a car accident at Willow Street and Chestnut Avenue in Long Beach on Saturday evening.
The accident happened just before 9:00 p.m. on March 18, at a Long Beach Pizzeria. According to the CHP, a vehicle traveling in the area had crashed into a building.
Long Beach Fire Department crews responded and found three people in the wreckage.
The driver was taken to a hospital in an unknown condition. The two passengers sustained minor injuries and were treated at the scene.
Building and Safety Inspectors have been called to the business to assess the damages done to the structure.
The exact cause of the crash and factors involved remain under investigation.
