VALENCIA, CA (August 26, 2023) – One person was hospitalized in a pedestrian accident on McBean Parkway in Valencia Wednesday morning on August 23.
 
The accident happened around 11:20 a.m. near Henry Mayo Hospital. According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, a vehicle struck the pedestrian in the 25700 block of McBean Parkway.
 
Paramedics arrived soon after and took the pedestrian to a hospital. The victim’s condition was not immediately available.
 
At this time, it was unclear if the involved driver stayed after the crash. It was also unknown if drugs or alcohol was a factor.
