Big Rig and Sedan Collide near Gold Run Avenue in Foothill Farms Injuring One Driver

 
FOOTHILL FARMS, CA (January 12, 2023) – One person was critically injured in a big rig accident near Gold Run Avenue and Roseville Road in Foothill Farms late Tuesday evening.
 
The accident happened around 10:45 p.m. on January 10. According to the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District, a semi truck and a sedan collided for unknown reasons.
 
When fire crews arrived, they were able to extricate the driver who was trapped inside the sedan. Paramedics then took the driver to a hospital in critical condition.
 
At this time, the circumstances surrounding the crash remain under investigation.
