BRENTWOOD, CA (June 19, 2021) – Paramedics airlifted one person to the hospital following a crash on Lone Tree Way on June 14.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at the intersection of Smith Road around 5:30 AM.
 
Based on a report, two vehicles collided in the lanes. However, the details that led to the accident were not immediately available.
 
As a result, one man sustained major injuries in the incident. East Contra Costa Fire Protection District firefighters transported the victim via helicopter to a hospital. The other patient declined medical treatment.
 
Consequently, officials shut down roads in both directions to give way to rescue and clearing operations.
 
As of now, Brentwood police are investigating this crash on Lone Tree Way.
