Multi-Vehicle Crash on 15 Freeway in Ontario Kills Motorcycle Rider

 
ONTARIO, CA (August 28, 2023) – A motorcyclist was killed in a multi-vehicle accident on 15 Freeway in Ontario early Saturday morning on August 26.
 
The fatal accident happened around 2:51 a.m. at the 4th Street on-ramp. According to the California Highway Patrol, a motorcycle was heading northbound on the freeway when it collided with a vehicle in unclear circumstances. Several vehicles then got involved after the initial crash.
 
The motorcyclist was thrown from the bike and landed in the roadway.
 
CHP personnel attempted life-saving measures, but the motorcyclist died at the scene. The victim’s identity was not immediately available.
 
The CHP is still investigating the accident. They urged anyone with further information to contact the Rancho Cucamonga area CHP officer at 909-980-3994.
