Fatal Traffic Accident on 210 Freeway at Haven Avenue Involves Motorcycle and Big Rig

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA (June 23, 2021) – A motorcyclist was killed in a traffic accident on 210 Freeway at Haven Avenue Tuesday afternoon.

The accident happened around 2:36 p.m. on June 22. According to the California Highway Patrol, motorcycle was cutting in and out of lanes when it collided with a big rig. The motorcyclist was then ejected and went underneath the big rig. The bike ended up on the right shoulder of the freeway.

As a result, the unidentified motorcyclist suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene.

Officials issued a SigAlert in the area, blocking several lanes of the freeway while they worked on the accident.

It is unknown at this time if drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash, which remains under investigation.
