HESPERIA, CA (March 14, 2022) – A motorcyclist was injured in a traffic accident at Mauna Loa Street and Balsam Avenue in Hesperia on Friday night.
 
The accident happened around 6:34 p.m., on March 11. San Bernardino County Fire responded to the scene and found a two-door silver Honda and a black motorcycle.
 
While details of how the crash occurred were not immediately available, firefighters requested a helicopter to airlift the male rider to a trauma center with unspecified injuries.
 
The female driver of the Honda was unhamred. She remained on scene and cooperated with authorities.
 
An investigation into this crash is underway.
