HESPERIA, CA (August 31, 2023) — Michael Stevenson died in a pedestrian accident on Main Street near Key Pointe Avenue.
 
According to the Sheriff’s officials, the fatal pedestrian crash happened Tuesday at 2:24 a.m. For an unknown reason, a pedestrian, later identified as 49-year-old Michael D. Stevenson, tried to cross Main Street. Subsequently, a passing motorist struck him.
 
The driver of the car pulled over and waited for the authorities to arrive. Soon after, San Bernardino County Fire responded but pronounced Stevenson deceased at the scene.
