San Bernardino Man Faces DUI Charge and Second-Degree Murder in Fatal crash in Rancho Cucamonga

 
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA (July 23, 2021) – Mia Johnson was killed in a DUI crash in Rancho Cucamonga Saturday, July 10.
 
The fatal crash happened around 5:13 p.m. near the intersection of Milliken Avenue and Base Line Road. According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, 32-year-old Moises Reina of San Bernardino was driving his vehicle when he collided with three other cars.
 
As a result, Johnson and the driver of the car she was riding in both suffered serious injuries. Paramedics rushed them to a hospital, where Johnson later died.
 
Authorities said Johnson was a 50-year-old Rancho Cucamonga resident.
 
Meanwhile, Reina sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Police arrested him for DUI and second-degree murder at $1 million bail.
