Giovanni Jimenez Dies in Motorcycle Crash on Casanova Avenue near Fremont Street

 
MONTEREY, CA (July 23, 2021) — Giovanni Jimenez died in a motorcycle accident on Casanova Avenue near Fremont Street Sunday morning.
 
According to Monterey police, the fatal motorcycle crash happened around 12:26 a.m. For unknown reasons, 27-year-old Jimenez lost control of his motorcycle and crashed in the 600 block of Casanova Avenue.
 
As a result, Jimenez suffered fatal injuries in the crash. Meanwhile, paramedics brought his passengers to Natividad Medical Center for treatment.
