Pedestrian Suffers Serious Head Injury in Early Morning Hit-and-Run near Munda Road in Paradise Hills

 
PARADISE HILLS, CA (February 21, 2022) – A 25-year-old man was seriously injured in a hit-and-run crash near Munda Road and Oriskany Road in Paradise Hills, early Thursday morning.
 
The crash happened around 2:50 a.m. on February 17 not far from Perry Elementary School. According to the San Diego Police Department, the male pedestrian was walking in the area when a vehicle struck him.
 
When officers arrived, they found the man unconscious in the street and suffering from a serious head injury.
 
Paramedics took the man to a hospital in an unknown condition.
 
Meanwhile, the involved driver fled the scene and still at large.
 
Police are still investigating the incident and on the lookout for the suspect.
