Head-On Accident on Mariposa Road in Hesperia Injures Three People

 
HESPERIA, CA (February 21, 2022) – Three people were injured in a head-on accident at Mariposa Road and Joshua Street in Hesperia, late Wednesday evening.
 
The accident happened around 11:10 p.m. on February 16. According the California Highway Patrol, a white 2017 Chevrolet Express van and a black 2014 Chevrolet Cruze collided head-on for unknown reasons.
 
San Bernardino County Firefighters responded and found three patients at the scene. They requested an air ambulance to transport one patient to a hospital.
 
A ground ambulance transported one driver to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center and another occupant to Loma Linda University Medical Center.
 
At this time, the exact cause of the crash is still under investigation.
