Man Hit, Killed by Vehicle on Roseville Parkway near Westfield Galleria

 
ROSEVILLE, CA (January 4, 2024) – A man died in a pedestrian accident on Roseville Parkway near Reserve Drive, Sunday morning.
 
According to the Roseville Police Department, the incident happened on December 31, at about 7:13 a.m. For reasons still under investigation, a vehicle hit the pedestrian near the Westfield Galleria.
 
Emergency crews pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene. Authorities withheld the identity of the victim, pending notification of next of kin.
 
As per reports, the driver of the vehicle remained and cooperated with investigators.
 
Responders temporarily closed the roadway to make way for an investigation.
 
Roseville police continue to investigate the cause of the fatal accident. Officers will release additional information once it becomes available.
