Man Dies in Pedestrian Crash at Northgate Boulevard in Sacramento

 
SACRAMENTO, CA (November 9, 2023) — A man died in a pedestrian accident at Northgate Boulevard and Winterhaven Avenue.
 
According to Sacramento Police Officers, the deadly pedestrian crash happened around 9:00 p.m. Monday. Under unclear circumstances, a driver struck a person near the intersection.
 
Soon after, officers responded to find the unresponsive victim on the road. From there, paramedics arrived and brought the victim to a hospital, where he later died.
 
As for the driver, he or she stayed at the scene and cooperated with police investigators. At the time of the report, traffic investigators did not say what led to the accident. However, an investigation into the details should confirm the cause.
