Pedestrian Dies after Struck by Two Vehicles on McKee Road in San Jose

 
SAN JOSE, CA (December 21, 2021) – A man died in a pedestrian accident on McKee Road in San Jose Monday morning.
 
The fatal accident happened around 7:00 a.m. on December 20, near 680 Freeway. Police said the man was walking across McKee Road between crosswalks when a 2014 Honda sedan struck him. Soon after, the driver of a 2013 Mazda sedan also hit the victim.
 
As a result, the man suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. The Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s Office will release the victim’s identity once his family members are properly notified.
 
Both drivers remained on scene and cooperated with police.
