Motorcyclist Dies after Crash with Pickup Truck on Oxnard Boulevard

 
OXNARD, CA (November 15, 2022) – A man was killed in a motorcycle accident on Oxnard Boulevard Monday morning on November 14.
 
The accident happened around 5:48 a.m. along the northbound side of Oxnard Boulevard near Colonia Road. Traffic investigators said the man was riding his 2014 Harley-Davidson motorcycle north on Oxnard Boulevard when he crashed into a 2000 Ford Ranger pickup that was turning onto Oxnard from Palm Drive.
 
As a result of the crash, the motorcyclist suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
 
The driver of the pickup remained on scene and cooperated with police.
 
Both northbound lanes of Oxnard Boulevard were closed at Colonia Road for at least five hours while officers worked on the site.
