Two Vehicles Collide on 40th Street East in Palmdale Killing One and Injuring Three Others

 
PALMDALE, CA (November 14, 2022) – A man died and three other people were injured in a two-vehicle accident at 40th Street East and East Avenue O on Saturday evening.
 
The fatal accident happened around 6:56 p.m. on November 12. According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, a black Toyota and another vehicle collided at the intersection in unclear circumstances.
 
Two people were trapped in at least one of the vehicles.
 
First responders confirmed that a male occupant in one of the vehicles was killed in the crash.
 
Paramedics transported three other patients to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
 
It is unknown if drugs or alcohol played a factor in the crash. Further investigation is underway.
