Man Injured in Long Beach Pedestrian Accident on Pacific Coast Highway

 
LONG BEACH, CA (September 8, 2021) — A man suffered serious injuries in a pedestrian accident on Pacific Coast Highway near the 710 Freeway.
 
According to the Long Beach Police, the incident happened around 3:00 a.m. For unknown reasons, a driver struck the pedestrian in the 1200 block of Pacific Coast Highway. As a result, the victim suffered major injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening
 
Soon after, paramedics arrived at the scene and tended to the victim while the driver cooperated with police investigators.
