FRESNO, CA (December 28, 2021) — A man died in a pedestrian accident on Dakota Avenue near Cedar Avenue on Thursday evening.
 
According to police officers, the fatal incident happened around 6:40 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, a driver struck a man who began crossing the street. Subsequently, a second driver struck the pedestrian.
 
Following the crash, authorities responded to investigate, and the two drivers stayed at the scene for questioning.
