VICTORVILLE, CA (December 15, 2023) — A man died in a pedestrian accident on the 15 Freeway near Bell Mountain Thursday night.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal pedestrian accident happened around 7:26 p.m. Around that time, emergency responders received calls about a Hispanic or white male exhibiting strange behavior as he stood in the busy freeway lanes. Soon after, authorities responded to the scene until Emergency Services received a call about a white truck hitting the man.
 
As a result of the crash, the victim passed away. Meanwhile, the driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with police investigators. At the time of the report, traffic investigators did not confirm the leading cause of the accident or factors contributing to the cause.
