Lisa Cook Arrested after Car Crashes into Wall and Fence on Verde Street in Victorville

 
VICTORVILLE, CA (April 18, 2022) – Authorities identified 38-year-old Lisa Marie Cook of Adelanto as the driver arrested following a DUI crash on Verde Street on Tuesday morning.
 
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, the incident happened on April 12 at about 10:50 a.m. An eastbound white GMC Yukon reportedly left the roadway while passing through a curve on Mojave Drive.
 
Then, the GMC crashed into a small block wall and a chain-link fence. As per reports, the vehicle almost hit a house in the 16700 block of Verde Street.
 
Deputies arrested Cook for PC23152 DUI and booked her into the High Desert Detention Center.
 
No injuries were reported in the crash.
 
The sheriff’s department continues to investigate the accident. Officers will release additional information once it becomes available.
