Pickup Truck Crashes into Sacramento County House, Killing Resident Kenneth Beaty

 
ANTELOPE, CA (September 1, 2022) – Kenneth Arthur Beaty was killed after a car crashed into a home in Antelope on Wednesday morning, August 31.
 
The crash happened around 9:45 a.m. on Zachis Way near Hidden Meadow Way, just off Palmerson Drive. According to Metro Fire and the CHP North Sacramento, a man was reportedly working on a white pickup truck about 100 yards down the street. Suddenly, the vehicle went speeding down in reverse and crashed into a home.
 
57-year-old Beaty, who was inside the home, died in the crash.
 
The person who was in the driver’s seat of the pickup truck sustained unspecified injuries. Paramedics took him to a hospital for treatment.
 
The home suffered significant damage, but the full extent is unclear. Several animals were inside the house as well that have been taken care of by a neighbor.
 
An investigation into this fatal crash is underway.
